St Mark's Day Centre for Mental Health
Have an Arabic speaking Worker, providing support for Arabic community in order to make the services more suited to their needs and cultures.

To offer emotional, practical help and companionship for Arabic people who have mental health problems
To increase confidence and self-esteem
To enable people in general and women in particular to make use of existing statutory and voluntary services

Women's Therapy Centre
Works only with women and specialises in issues such as eating disorders, sexual abuse and working with women from different communities. They have counsellors from different communities and can offer bilingual counselling. They work from a psychoanalytic/psychodynamic perspective. There are opportunities for long and short term sessions and there are low cost and full cost sessions.
